Robert A. Whitman serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors. He has been a director of FranklinCovey since May 1997 and has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors since June 1999 and Chief Executive Officer of the Company from January 2000 until August 2021. Mr. Whitman served as a director of Covey from 1994 to 1997. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Whitman served as President and Co-Chief Executive Officer of the Hampstead Group from 1992 to 2000. Mr. Whitman received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from the University of Utah and his MBA from Harvard Business School.
